Programs

We all have Mental Health

Mental health programs and educational offerings to impact the DFW communities.

Each year, more than 100,000 people participate in one of our educational programs. From initiatives that engage children in the classroom to professional development conferences, our goal is to provide learning opportunities about mental health and increase wellness in our community.

As part of our community programming, we host professional events (such as the Adolescent Symposium of Texas or Mental Health First Aid courses). We also offer WHO® (We Help Ourselves), a classroom guidance curriculum designed to help children and teenagers protect themselves from victimization.
