Support Groups

Anxiety Support

The Anxiety Support program reduces internal and external obstacles to our goals in life while promoting healthy mood management. The program focuses on:

  • Tools and support for those living with anxiety
  • Effective ways to manage stress in all areas of life
  • Specific and actionable steps we can take to improve how we live and relate to others
  • Providing a judgment-free environment to develop ways for us all to live better
  • Creating a working plan to help reinforce the strength of your mental health while developing specific steps you and those who support you can use to help in all phases, including crisis and maintenance

Currently, no student observation is allowed for Peer-led Support Groups.

These meetings are private and open only to individuals seeking peer support. Our Code of Conduct must be reviewed and agreed to prior to participation.

Certified ARISE Interventionist Intern Facilitator

We're pleased to be able to offer the services of a Certified ARISE Interventionist Intern. An ARISE intervention is invitational, not confrontational, and focuses on factors that include multi-generational trauma, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and the 'family' as a whole versus just the individual. A person of concern is separated from their disease so that they can once again find their true identity and so that the focus is on healing the family from the effects of the disease. A 6-month long process, ARISE interventions have an average success rate of 96% at getting someone into treatment.

An ARISE Internship means that our CAI intern is supervised weekly throughout the case, so the family involved is actually benefitting from the expertise of two industry experts.
